01 / Connect & Tour

Your experience begins when you reach out! We'll answer your questions, provide information about our venue, and schedule a private tour so you can explore the space and envision your special day.

02 / Reserve Your Date

Once you've decided we're the perfect fit, we'll make the booking process simple by sending your contract and invoice, confirming your reservation, and officially adding your wedding or event to our calendar.

03 / Planning Support

After booking, we're here as a resource throughout your planning journey. Whether you have questions about the venue, need guidance, or are looking for trusted vendor recommendations, we're happy to help make planning easier.

04 / Venue Planning Meeting

Approximately two months before your wedding or event, we'll meet with you to finalize all of the venue details. During this meeting, we'll discuss:

  • Your table and chair layout

  • Choose the color and fabric for your table linens 

  • Walk through the setup, teardown, and cleanup process

  • Your event timeline

  • Vendor logistics and coordination

  • Our sound system and microphone, if you'll be using them

  • Everything the venue provides and what you can expect on the day of your celebration

Following the meeting, we'll send you your finalized layout so you can reference it during planning and easily share it with your vendors or event team.

05 / Celebrate!

When your big day arrives, you can relax and enjoy every moment. Two of our venue hostesses will be on-site throughout your wedding or event to assist with venue-related needs, support your vendors, and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so you can focus on celebrating with your guests.

06 / Share the Memories

After your celebration, we'd love to see how your day came to life! If you're comfortable sharing, we always enjoy receiving photos and videos from your wedding or event. It's an honor to celebrate our couples and clients by featuring those special moments on our social media and inspiring future celebrations at our venue.
